Registration on end user portal

Users must enrol their device to authenticate securely using Windows’s Hello, Mac OS Touch ID or any other FIDO2-compliant biometric device or security keys.

Register a device

1. Click the Registration Menu on the end-user portal.

   

2.  Click Device Registration.

3. 

    Click Register.

4. The below screen appears with two options to register.

   

5. Device Registration.

   • Enter the Device Name and description.

   • Click Register.

   • Once the registration is complete, you can scan your fingerprint on your Mac Touch ID in the Cross Identity solution or enter your PIN.

     

6.  Click Scan the QR code to authenticate via the CiVerifId app on your mobile.

   

   •  Scan the QR Code using the CIVerifID Mobile App.
     

     

   • You will receive a push notification on your mobile device to allow authentication.

     

   • Post verification, you will receive a successful completion message on your mobile.
