Magic Link

Magic links are a type of password-less authentication method that allows users to log in to a website or application without a traditional password method.

New User

1. Navigate to Identities from the main menu.
2.  Click Add to create an identity.
3.  Enter the mandatory fields and opt for passwordless authentication.
4.  The new user will receive an email on their registered email ID to register for passwordless authentication.

Existing user 

1. Select a user and click Magic Link.
2. A message appears of sending the link successfully.
3. The user will receive an email on their registered email containing a link with a unique time-limited URL.
4. When a user clicks on the link received in the email, the below screen appears and this link can be used only for the initial login in Cross Identity and to register for passwordless authentication.
