Unlock Account

Users can reset their password through the CI mobile app by clicking Forgot Password/ Unlock Account, need help?

When the user chooses the "Unlock Account" option, the user will be prompted to validate himself with MFA options.

Provide the username whose account is to be unlocked.

Before proceeding with unlocking the account, user will be prompted to complete Multi-factor Authentication (MFA).

Once the user successfully validates with MFA, the account will be unlocked.
