What's new in this release:
Sr. No. | New Features | Description |
---|---|---|
1. | Upgrade the library files for the SAML Signed Request | We have upgraded the libraries to ensure smooth SAML signing with the appropriate keys. |
2. | Revamp the User Identity Page in the Admin Portal | The CI page has been redesigned to improve user experience and optimize performance for smoother operations. |
3. | S3 bucket URLs on the CI pages are causing security concerns | As part of security enhancements, the logo and S3 bucket URLs will be concealed. By hiding these URLs, unauthorized access is minimized, and the risk of data exposure is reduced. |
4. | CI Session Management for Admin and End Users | CI will apply the "Admin Session TimeOut" value when a user accesses the Admin portal. Similarly, the "End User TimeOut" value will be applied in the End User Portal. If the user switches portals, the session timeout of the destination portal will take effect. |
5. | Persist Inactive Users in the CI Identity Platform | CI will create the user identity with an "inactive" status and assign the "All Users" role. However, no license will be assigned, and no provisioning activities will be triggered for the user. This will be processed only from SoTs. |
6. | FCMUtility-Upgrade | Upgrade the Google Firebase APIs in the FCMUtility.java as passwordless is not working. |
7. | Session Recording for Web-Based SSO Applications | It enables admin to monitor the user’s activities during an authenticated session initiated through an SSO solution. Furthermore, it ensures security compliance. |
8. | Manage CI Administrators using Roles | "CI Administrator Role" allows the management of CI Administrator roles, giving assigned members access to the Admin Portal. |
9. | Import OUs and Groups and user membership from Active Directory | Allows automatic import of identities, groups, and OUs from both main and nested sub-OUs in Active Directory. It also ensures that existing user-role memberships are accurately maintained and mapped during the import process. |
