New Features

Description

1.

Transaction dashboard view for email events

Integrated real-time tracking of email metrics from the Email Service Provider into the CI application under the MSP Portal, featuring enhanced filtering, and downloadable reports. Admins can now monitor email bounces and the email status directly from the "Transactional Status" menu.

2.

Mobile number column in CI Activation Status Report

Added dynamic column selection for reports, allowing admins to customize displayed data via a settings button. Selected columns are reflected in the generated report and the CSV download.

3.

Server-based cache validation

Replaced the existing cookie-based MFA handling with a server-based solution to enhance security and prevent cookie tampering. MFA prompts are now triggered only when using a new device or browser, while changes in IP address or location will no longer prompt MFA.

4.

View a list of applications on the CI portal which has SSO-Integrated

Enhanced the CI interface to allow administrators to view user access to SSO along with IGA applications directly from the "Identities" page.

5.

Integration with API Manager

The API Manager interacts with Cross Identity APIs for user authentication, group retrieval, attribute access, and application authorization, ensuring a seamless transition with enhanced security and functionality.

6.

Generate API Key in CI

Admins can now generate and manage API keys through the CI interface. When creating a new API key, a secure, unique key is generated and displayed (masked) for immediate use. Admins can view a list of existing API keys with their creation dates and have the option to delete keys that are no longer needed.

7.

Login Report Enhancement

The user login report now tracks user authentication via API, accurately reflecting the "Mode of Access" as "API" for API logins and "Browser" for web browser logins.

8.

Fetch roles and its members into CI from SoT Connector

CI can import the roles, and all members (users) associated with each role from the SoT connector as part of the SoT import.

9.

Import OUs from AD and create them as roles to assign associated members

CI administrators can import Organizational Units (OUs) from Active Directory, which automatically creates corresponding roles in the system and ensures that members associated with the OUs are seamlessly assigned the appropriate roles.
