Reports

1.

Report of users who have activated CI accounts and have registered to any MFA options but have not logged in.

Generates a report listing users who have not logged in to their CI accounts after setting the new password and registering for MFA as part of the initial activation process.

Generates a report listing users who have not logged in to their CI accounts as part of the initial activation process.

3.

A report should be generated for failed email delivery

If the email generation has failed while the admin is notifying the user regarding the CI Account and/or MFA Activation, a report will be generated listing the failed email delivery.

4.

Report to show who has not activated their MFA as part of the initial activation process

Generates a report listing users who have not logged in to their MFA as part of the initial activation process.

Email Notifications

5.

Ability to trigger bulk emails to those not yet activated their CI account.

Admin can select the users and trigger emails to those who have not logged into their CI account even once. Bulk email trigger can also be generated.

Admin can select the users and trigger emails to those who have not activated their MFA options. Bulk email trigger can also be generated.

7.

Alert should be sent to the admin of any issues encountered during the email-triggering process

When the email is triggered during the CI Account and/or MFA Activation has failed, an alert will be sent to the admin on his email address.

8.

Trigger email when admin resets MFA Re-Registration for the identity

Email notifications will be sent to the respective user when the admin resets MFA options – Security Questions and Soft Token so the user can re-register for the MFA.

Display Label Change

9.

Instead of only "Soft-token," the label should be displayed as "Soft Token (TOTP) on all the pages.

All the pages displaying the "Soft Token" label have been modified to "Soft Token (TOTP)" for better understanding.

10.

Whitelist special characters in First Name, Last Name, Full Name and Username

The use of special characters such as á, é, í, ó, ú, ñ, ü, ç has been allowed in firstname, lastname and username.

Password Policy

11.

Implementation of a Password Policy Restricting User Attribute Use

The password policy is enhanced by restricting users from incorporating their attributes (e.g., First Name, Last Name, Email, etc.) into their passwords. This policy will be configurable, allowing the Cross Identity Administrator to select specific attributes to be restricted.

UI Changes

12.

Spanish language UI changes

Spanish language texts have been updated on the end user console.

13.

Changes in SP-initiated flow

Upon completion of an action on the CI dashboard, users will be presented with a prominently displayed message, ensuring clear communication. Additionally, users will be seamlessly redirected back to the SSO login page, optimizing the user experience within the SP SSO flow.

14.

UI Changes for rearranging the menu items

The SoD menu item in the end user portal has been rearranged. Additionally,  the Advanced Access Management menu item has been placed below Authentication Policy.

15.

SP Flow UI Change

The text message during SP flow on the CI end user portal has been updated for better understanding.
