The following dependencies should be met as a prerequisite for the CI Windows Login:
- The user must have a LAN/ internet connection.
- User must have the CIVerifID app installed on their mobile.
- Runtimes (VC/.Net)

VC++ 2015 - The user should have the latest version of Windows (7,8,10,11).
- Windows-based standalone login.
- Domain-based Windows login.
- Setup CP Gina Application.
- For Offline Authentication flow, the timezones of the system and mobile device (where TOTP is registered) should be the same.
Minimum configuration to setup CWL (Online and Offline flow):
- Processor (CPU): A Windows-compatible processor with at least a dual-core or higher configuration is recommended for smooth operation.
- Operating System: The application should be compatible with the Windows version you are using. It's recommended to specify the Windows 7 or above. but not Windows XP.
- Memory (RAM): A minimum of 2 GB of RAM is typically required for the application to run effectively.
- Storage: The application itself requires 14 MB of storage to install. However, additional storage space is needed for temporary files, logs, and user data. It's advisable to have at least 100 MB of available storage.
- Network Connectivity: For CWL online authentication, API calls, a network connection, either wired or wireless, is necessary.
