Pre-requisites

This section describes the prerequisites that must be fulfilled before upgrading the Cross Identity solution.

1. Require internet access in CI and RabbitMQ servers.
2. Recommended Open JRE on the CI servers (OpenJRE: openlogic-openjdk-jre-8u372).
3. Recommended Apache Tomcat Version 9.0.73
4. Recommended RabbitMQ version: RabbitMQ 3.10.7 Erlang 25.0.4
5. Recommended deploying CI in Ubuntu servers and On-prem agent in the Windows servers.
6. Backup of Resources
   1. Database dump
   2. CIDSaas.war file & Deployed folder
   3. CIDAgent.war file & Deployed folder
   4. CIDNotification.war file & Deployed folder
   5. ActiveMQ (if present)
      Note:

      Stop the ActiveMQ Services as this component has been replaced with Rabbit MQ if CI is being upgraded to v23.44.30 and above.
