IGA Transactional Status

This function helps in detecting both the successful and unsuccessful transactions initiated by the IGA connectors for the specified operations such as creating, modifying, deleting, suspending and restoring the account, password change, add entitlement and remove entitlement. 

With each failed transaction you can determine the underlying reason for the failure and re-trigger the process once the issue is resolved. 

1. Click the IGA Transactional Status to view the transaction.

   

2. Click View Details to see the transaction details of the successful transaction.

   

3. You will get the Re-trigger button corresponding to the failed transaction. Click View Details to see the time and date of the failed transaction.

   

4. Click Re-Trigger to re-initiate the failed transaction.

5. It shows the message ReTrigger initiated successfully.
