Users can reset their password through the CI mobile app by clicking Forgot Password/ Unlock Account, need help?
When the user chooses the Reset Password option, the user will be directed to a secure password reset or password change process.
Provide the username for which the password needs to be reset.
Before proceeding to reset the password, the user will be prompted to complete Multi-factor Authentication (MFA).
Enter the new password, following the password policy defined in CI.
