Configue Email API Provider (Brevo)

Cross Identity uses Brevo as the Email Service provider, where we can configure the domain and generate the APIs, view the email credits, etc.

1. Login to Brevo.

2. Click SMTP & API from the drop-down menu as shown below.

   

3. To trigger the email notifications through APIs, we must generate the API keys. Click Generate API Key.

   

4. Once the API key is generated, it will be created and listed as below:

   

5. To whitelist the domain, add the respective domain into Brevo as shown below to ensure that the emails are not marked as Spam.

   

Note:

Brevo adds information to the link for tracking purposes. This means the URL differs from the one the customer initially entered. Redirection links provide our customers with information on open rates and clicks.

We can disable this link from the account for transactional emails.
