Request for New Identity

Article summary

As a manager, you can request to create a new Identity.

  1. Navigate to Request Access > Identity. 
  2. The screen appears with a list of applications, entitlements, roles and identities available for request.
  3. Select an application/role and click Request Identity.
  4. The Add Identity form appears. Fill in all the mandatory (*) fields.
  5.  Check the box Trigger Provisioning across authorized applications to provide access to applications associated with this role.
  6.  If you want to request permanent access, please tick the box for Permanent Access.
  7.  Enter the number of days in Access Request For and provide the justification for access needed.
  8. Click Submit.
