How to set a Trial Instance and create a Token
- To configure the trial instance, sign up by clicking on the below URL.
URL: https://developer.okta.com/signup/ - Provide the details shown below and click Sign Up.
- As you click signup, it will send an email verification notification to the respective email address.
- Click on the email to activate the account.
- Upon activating the account, it will redirect to the reset password page. Set up the password and click on reset password.
- It will redirect to the okta dashboard as shown below.Note:Copy that okta id as it has to be included in the properties of the parameter.
- Go to the Security tab from the main menu and click API from the drop-down.
- Navigate to Tokens and click Create Token. Give a name and proceed by clicking Create Token.
- Copy that token as it has to be included in the parameters properties.
