You can view the SSO feature on the Federated Applications from the Cross Identity Launchpad.
SAML IdP Flow
To view the SSO feature:
- In the Cross Identity Launchpad, click on the SAML application. For example, Gmail.
- The SAML landing page (Gmail) is displayed without allowing the user to enter credentials.
SAML SP Flow
- When end-users attempt to reach a SAML-enabled application through Cross Identity using the Service Provider (SP) flow, they will be directed to the Cross Identity Login page for authentication. On this screen, the corresponding application logo will appear on the login page.
- After successfully authenticating on Cross Identity, the user will be automatically logged in to the target application.
