SSO Configuration for Cross Identity

Prerequisite:

Ensure that the identifier (For example, Name ID: Email Address) in Cross Identity is the same as in the Activity Directory.

IDP Initiated Flow:

1. Type IDP URL (ADFS URL). For example, a sample ADFS URL: https://as.adfstesting.com/adfs/ls/idpinitiatedsignon.
2. Select your SP details.
   
3. Enter the Active Directory credentials.
   
   
   

SP Initiated Flow:

1. Type the SP Link in a browser that is the Cross Identity end user URL, enter the username (a user who is part of ADFS Policy), and click Sign In.
   
2. Select your SP details.
   
3. Enter the Active Directory Credentials.
