Information:

Extensions are packaged as ZIP files

To create the chrome extension package:

Launch https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/extensions. The Chrome Extensions page is displayed.
Click Settings>Developers Dashboard. The Developer Dashboard is displayed.
Click on Upload new package.
Click on store listing and add the Description in the description field.
Select the Category as Productivity and Language as English.
Update the store icon and screenshots as per mentioned size.
In Additional fields, add the Homepage URL and add the following links:
In Privacy Update all the details, select the following as shown in the screenshot:
