Access Certification

The access certificate screen allows users to view different types of certificates, which include:

• Application review

• User review

• Entitlement review

• Role Review

Application/Entitlement/User Review

1. Click the certification campaign for the type of Application. 

   

2.  Click + to view the campaign and select a review. On choosing the review, retain and revoke icons, get abled. You can maintain or revoke the access post review.  

   

   Information:

   From the above list, you can collectively review all active users by checking the box next to the Username heading or review each user, at a time, by checking the box next to each name.

3.  Click Details to see the access review details.
   

   

4. You can perform the following actions during the review:

• Search for an active user using the search option.

• Retain the application access of an active user by clicking the  icon.

• Revoke the application access of an active user by clicking the  icon.

• Terminate the application access of an active user by clicking the  icon.

Role Review

1. Click the certification campaign for the type of Role. All users of this campaign will be displayed.

   

2. Click View Access to see the user's access to other applications or entitlements.

   

3.  You can perform the following actions during the review:

   1. Search for an active user using the search option.

   2. Retain the application access of an active user by clicking the  icon.

   3. Revoke the application access of an active user by clicking the  icon.

   4. Terminate the application access of an active user by clicking the  icon.
