Prerequisites

The following prerequisites are to be met before configuring the RPSA AD Agent:

1. Ensure that the domain controller where the reverse password agent is deployed must communicate to the Cross Identity endpoint URL.
2. Ensure that the ITIM AD reverse sync agent is disabled. Otherwise, the solution will not work as expected.
3. The RPSA AD agent must be installed in all domain controllers of the Active Directory domain.
4. Create a super admin user in the Cross Identity with the username pxpwsadmin and set the password.
