Installing Cross Identity Windows Credential Provider

You can install the Credential Provider on Windows 10 or Windows 7 OS from which users can access the Cross Identity environment.

To install the Cross Identity Windows Credential Provider setup:

1. Download and copy the ‘CPGinaGenericInstaller.msi’ installer and paste it into the <location>.
2. Open the Command Prompt terminal as an administrator.
3. Run the `>msiexec /i "pathOfInstaller` installer on the terminal.
   For example, >msiexec /i C:\Download\CPGinaGenericInstaller.msi

4. On the Cross Identity Setup screen, click Next.

5. Enter the Tenant's Cross Identity URL and click Next.

6. Enter the Cross Identity license key and click Next.
