You can install the Credential Provider on Windows 10 or Windows 7 OS from which users can access the Cross Identity environment.
To install the Cross Identity Windows Credential Provider setup:
- Download and copy the ‘CPGinaGenericInstaller.msi’ installer and paste it into the <location>.
- Open the Command Prompt terminal as an administrator.
- Run the `>msiexec /i "pathOfInstaller` installer on the terminal.
For example, >msiexec /i C:\Download\CPGinaGenericInstaller.msi
- On the Cross Identity Setup screen, click Next.
- Enter the Tenant's Cross Identity URL and click Next.
- Enter the Cross Identity license key and click Next.
Information:
The license key can be retrieved by logging into the Tenant Admin Portal > User License screen.
