Deny an Access Request

To deny an access request:

1. Click Approval Tasks from the main menu. The Approval Tasks screen appears.
   
2. Check the task you want to deny.
3. Click Deny Request. The access request details window appears.
   
4. Enter your comments in the Comments box.
5. Click Proceed. An access request denied window appears.
6. Click Close.
