Microsoft Office 365 is an integrated cloud platform that delivers industry-leading productivity apps like Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, collaborative team solutions, intelligent cloud services, online storage, and world-class security.

Office 365 is one of the most popular applications used by customers across the globe. Cross Identity (CI) solution helps customers integrate Offcie365 with it to provide centralized authentication, MFA, and single sign-on for end users.

Once integrated with CI, access to any of the Office365 applications (such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint or any other modules) through any of these three channels: Web, Mobile or Thick-client (Outlook client or Teams application), will be redirected to Cross Identity for authentication (and MFA). Once the user is authenticated with CI (and MFA is checked), the user can access the corresponding Office 365 application.
